Description
Clean Room Details: The cleanroom consists of ISO Class 5 (Class 100), 6 (Class 1,000), and 7 (Class 10,000) environments utilizing ceiling mounted ULPA and HEPA filters, non-progressive cleanroom style aluminum honeycomb walls, and static dissipative epoxy flooring. The primary rooms are ISO Class 7 with ISO Class 5 and 6 mini-environments available for critical equipment operations. The ceiling is constructed with 1 1/2-inch ceiling grid. Air handling units located in a roof mounted penthouse provide conditioned air for the clean and non-clean areas. In addition, one cleanroom utilizes floor mounted air handling systems. Strict dehumidification requirements (7% RH) are available in selected areas through the use of desiccant dryers in the air handling systems. Additionally, high purity water, medium and low-pressure steam and condensate, process exhaust, and compressed air and nitrogen is available in the spaces.
